AI Processing & Third-Party Providers

Studiomatic processes content through third-party AI providers to generate scripts, images, voiceovers, and music. When you use these features:

• •Your input (topic description, slides, preferences) is sent to MiniMax and/or Z.ai APIs to generate content
• •Generated outputs are returned to Studiomatic and stored in your account
• •These providers operate under their own privacy policies (see links in their documentation)
• •If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys), your API keys authenticate requests directly to the provider

Data Storage & Infrastructure

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Hyderabad, India, and PostgreSQL instances managed by reputable cloud providers. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information for:

• •Processing render jobs and storing generated content
• •Debugging technical issues and optimizing platform performance

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage metrics (page views, feature adoption, rendering times). This data helps us identify performance bottlenecks and prioritize feature development. No personally identifiable information is shared with Vercel.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for API keys at rest, regular security audits, and restricted access to databases. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication.

Studiomatic is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it promptly.
